Dennis was born in Yankton SD and after college at SDSU travelled to many other states looking for what he wanted to do. Dennis found his wife Carol and moved back to his home area. Yankton SD has been their home for over 20 years. Dennis’ specialty in Real Estate is land and land development. He have served on the Yankton county Planning and Zoning Board and is currently serving on the Highway 52 Corridor Task Force. Dennis has vast land experience but he also understands the needs to buyers and sellers in residential and commercial sales. Dennis works alongside his wife, Carol, and have made it their goal to make buying and selling a positive experience.
